Respect for private life and personal data:

If the person does not provide all the obligatory information requested in the site forms (*Obligatory fields), he/she cannot validate the form and is therefore unable to get in contact with TCV. Notice relating to security:
In order to ensure its security and guarantee access to all, this Internet site uses software to control the flow of traffic on the site, to identify unauthorised attempts to connect or to change information, or any other initiative that could cause other damage. Unauthorised attempts to load information, to make changes, aimed at causing damage, and generally speaking any attack on the availability and integrity of this site are strictly forbidden and will be punished by law. Thus, article 323-1 of the penal code states that the fact of fraudulently accessing or remaining in all or part of an automatic data processing system (as is the case with an Internet site) will be punished with two years' prison and a fine of 30,000 euros.
